Job Description
Responsible for managing compensation projects, wage and hour compliance, and compensation policies and procedures. Provides support and guidance to the business and Human Resources on compensation-related issues.
Responsibilities
Ensures compliance with organization policies and procedures.
Partners with Human Resources to ensure competitive market position. Ensures market positions allow for the ability to attract, retain, and motivate employees and candidates.
Provides leadership and counsel on the design and implementation of compensation projects, programs, policies, practices, and procedures.
Conducts market analyses and research to support compensation decisions and program recommendations.
Leads and develops efforts to ensure company compliance with regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
6+ years of experience in Compensation Analysis and Consulting
In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in Compensation Analysis and Consulting
CCP (working toward)
Preferred Qualifications
If we had our say, we’d also look for:
8+ years of experience in Compensation Analysis and Consulting
CCP (completed)
