By partnering with the Society of Women Engineers and iRelaunch, Aerospace has created a program called Re-Entry. This 6-month program is designed for people who have been away from work for two years or more and are looking to re-enter the workforce full-time. Launching this fall, Aerospace will provide training, mentorship and networking opportunities to support skilled professionals get back to doing what they love.
Accepting applications from now through October 2021
To be considered for the Re-Entry program, applicants must meet the minimum qualifications:
- Current career break of two or more years
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of four years of experience relevant to a science, math, engineering or technology field
- Ability to commit to a 6-month, full-time position beginning October 2020
- Desire to be a full-time Aerospace employee at the end of the program
- Preferably have held a security clearance, but not required
