IT Specialist (Level 1)

(3-5 years of experience)

Compensation: $45/hour

Location: Portland, OR

Employment: Full-Time

End Client: Government Agency (will discuss during screening)

Work Authorization: Must be US citizen

[Must be able to pass a Federal Government background check]

Provides SME level centralized or specialized helpdesk support. May be located in a critical area or aligned to a specific client business unit. General responsibilities include inbound call handling, incident monitoring, troubleshooting of remotely resolvable issues, incident routing, and end to end follow-up on incidents. May include aspects of reporting, email support, chat support, and remote takeover.

Experience Needed:

• Administering and securing operating systems such as Windows or Linux
• Cybersecurity and reliability compliance for SCADA and ICS systems
• Network design and configuration of networking equipment such as routers, switched and firewalls
