Location: Remote / Virtual
As an Integrated Talent Strategy Partner you will work closely with the Recruitment and Promotion teams to build talent pipeline strategies including social media, events, creating content and sourcing top talent. The Integrated Talent Strategy Partner will have a passion for strategy development and deployment, has the ability to think outside of the box and is able to manage competing priorities.
What You Will Do

  • Collaborates closely with colleagues, and assigned markets to support operational hiring strategies
  • Advises upon and executes localized university initiatives
    • Collaborates with national teams, as appropriate
    • Leverages national university strategy to build relationships with appropriate schools within assigned markets
    • Adapts national tools and initiatives to local needs
    • Serves as the local subject matter expert on university strategy
    • Creates localized content to support university strategy
    • Plans and implements localized university events and initiatives
  • Leverages media to support sourcing and talent acquisition initiatives
    • Creates and shares local content for personal page use with local market recruitment team
    • Ensures content is brand-appropriate and aligned with local and national strategic objectives
    • Partners with assigned market recruiting leaders and others to identify appropriate content
    • Provides ideas and partners with social media team to develop localized social media campaigns
    • Collaborate with local marketing and communications lead for increased visibility to consumer media buys and improved alignment for improved recruitment spend
  • Collaborates with event specialists to execute event strategies
    • Works closely with market TA leadership as well as event specialists on the national team to plan for and implement local events
    • Creates appropriate supporting materials and advertising for local events
    • Leverages national resources to support local events
  • Integrates market/business intelligence resources to support planning and decision-making around university, social, and event strategies
  • Provides other sourcing support, as appropriate for extremely critical hiring needs
  • Other duties as assigned


What You Will Need
Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.


Work Experience:

  • 1 year of experience required.
  • 4 years of experience preferred.
  • 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.


Additional Preferences
Education:

  • Advanced education preferred.


Work Experience:

  • 3+ years of recruitment strategy, events, social media, university recruitment and/or combination of related experience preferred.

  • Written, verbal and visual communication (to include presentation skills)

  • Experience with social media, events and university recruitment

  • Ability to adapt to change and re-evaluate priorities
  • Understands the "big picture" beyond individual tasks
