Job description
HireArt is looking for an organized, resourceful, and empathetic on-site HR Site Lead to support HireArt's contract employee experience through the execution and optimization of employment processes and programs as we expand support for a key client.
About HireArt
HireArt's end-to-end employment platform is the world's first fully-featured HRIS for the contract W-2 workforce, a massive and growing segment of the labor market. We combine hiring and employment in a single platform, creating a magical experience for businesses: search, interview, make offers, and manage workers, all in one place. Once on board, HireArt provides contract workers with a caring home base that comes with all of the benefits & support associated with permanent employment.
Our goal is to enable businesses to focus on the people who make up their workforce, instead of the tools to manage it. That's why we've developed a transparent and simple to use end-to-end platform that provides contract work opportunities with the security and stability of traditional W-2 employment while still giving businesses the flexibility they need to scale their workforces.
About the Role
The HR Site Lead will be responsible for providing an outstanding experience for both our client and contract employees through a tactical and strategic approach to employee onboarding, training, performance, and the resolution of HR-related inquiries. Anticipating needs and identifying solutions quickly and efficiently, will be key, as well as the ability to communicate in a highly effective and professional manner across levels.
You'll partner cross-functionally within HireArt, including with compliance, finance, and account management teams, as well as externally, with our client, to drive employee readiness, retention and satisfaction. You'll also make process/product suggestions to create the best experience for all users of our platform.
Day to day, you'll use strong prioritization and time management skills to create a joyous employment experience in a highly autonomous environment.
As an HR Site Lead you'll:

  • Enable effective and timely onboarding and day-1 readiness
    • Ensure new hire onboarding is completed within 24 hours through proactive outreach on outstanding items, troubleshooting system challenges, and escalating issues as needed.

    • Support the annual benefits open enrollment process.
    • Assist with Workers Comp, Disability, and Leave of Absence cases as needed
    • Review and submit timekeeping hours for approval to client - proactively manage tardies, unapproved overtime, and other attendance issues per point policy
    • Support employees for other clients as needed.
  • Champion ongoing improvement
    • Provide strategic guidance to the further development, implementation, and administration of the employee experience
    • Implement and manage scalable people operations processes and resources that balance positive employee experiences with client policies and procedures.
    • Identify support/issue trends and bring them to the attention of the right people
  • Support employee engagement
    • Develop a strong rapport with contract employees and be their first point of contact for inquiries and concerns.
    • Conduct NPS outreach.
    • Coordinate mass communications to employees in partnership with the Engagement team, Account Management, and other departments.
