As HR Manager, you will be responsible for building and scaling world-class HR operations. Efficient, performant operations for everything from onboarding and compensation to benefits administration and compliance are essential in a high growth, fully remote organization. You will administer a mix of excellent technology and human interactions to ensure high service levels across all HR operations. You will bring a strong sense of continuous improvement and desire for seamless process and implementation to all operations in your scope.

Primary duties
- Manage the administration of all compensation and payroll functions, including payroll set-up, processing, and employee/contractor inquiries. Develop a strong understanding of all compensation plans, including variable- and equity-based compensation. Consistently collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Operations, Talent Acquisition and other functions as needed
- Manage all benefits functions, including vendor selection, open enrollment, and ongoing benefits administration. Oversee benefits including paid time off, leaves of absence, etc.
- Manage employee onboarding, access and setup. Partner closely with Operations, Enablement, and hiring managers to continually ensure an excellent remote onboarding experience
- Manage all personnel changes, including compensation increases, promotions, role changes, etc.
- Broadly ensure compliance within all HR operations and functions. Closely partner with other People functions, Legal, etc. as needed
- Maintain accurate and thorough systems and documentation for all employees. Select and administer best-in-class systems and providers in order to ensure the best employee experience. Play an administrative role in HRIS, payroll, benefits, GSuite, org chart and other systems that power excellent HR operations
- Effectively utilize data and reporting of all HR systems. Continually improve process and automate functions
- Develop and maintain clear, intuitive HR policies and process
- Serve as go-to HR generalist and actively support a wide range of People strategies and key activities as needed, including DEI, performance management, talent acquisition, etc.
What We’ll Love About You
- 4+ years experience in a relevant HR or people function. High growth tech company experience strongly preferred
- High degree of comfort with HR technology, including selection, implementation and administration
- Exceptional operational & organizational skills, including project management, process improvement, accuracy, efficiency, and speed
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication skills and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated understanding of employment law
- Demonstrated analytical skills and comfort with data and reporting
