Brief Overview:

As a member of the Total Rewards & Technology team, the HRIS Administrator will partner with the HRIS Manager to maintain the system, implement process improvements, ensure data quality, as well as to analyze and report out on data from within the system.  It is an exciting time to be joining this team as we begin evolving our system capabilities and conceptualize our HRIS of the future.  This role will also work closely with, and support, the other HR Centers of Excellence at Amwell.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain all employee lifecycle related changes in relevant HR Systems including new hires, transfers, promotions, manager changes and terminations
  • Support Total Rewards Team in annual programs (open enrollment, uploading data for salary increases, etc.)
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of all HR data
  • Promote system compliance with data security and global privacy requirements
  • Build standard HR reports and dashboards used to analyze and communicate employee trends and metrics within the organization
  • Provide navigational support, training, and system troubleshooting to employees
  • Update and maintain process documentation and ensure adherence for compliance purposes
  • Provide support for internal and external audit requests and partner with payroll and finance to support SOX compliance initiatives and audit cycle
  • Monitor permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for users
  • Promote proactive approaches using the HRIS to solve business needs / problems while also enhancing the understanding and acceptance of the HRIS capabilities
  • Work with ADP to troubleshoot and create tickets for additional support
  • Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes by leveraging system capabilities
  • Assist with the implementation of ADP Comprehensive Services
  • Work on HR projects and other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience, including experience with data management and analytics
  • Experience with ADP WFN strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of GDPR is a plus
  • Heavy interest in analytics and business intelligence
  • Ability to manage and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Good understanding of HR/payroll processes and interdependencies between the functions
  • Exquisite attention to detail
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization and work in cross-functional teams as needed
  • Adaptability that comes with working in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid report writing, querying, data analysis and database management skills that leverage your advanced MS Excel skills (MS Access experience is a bonus)
  • Understanding of federal, state & local employment regulations
