The Director, Colleague Market Partner will be responsible for the overall colleague experience across the Phoenix market. This replacement role will be based in the Phoenix office and the incumbent will be broadly accountable for the following:
  • Lead the Phoenix Colleague Market Partner team to
    • Deliver a great colleague experience: Enhance the colleague experience by optimizing the end to end colleague lifecycle through various organizational impacts.
    • Grow the best talent: Grow the talent pipeline in critical capability segments to fuel business momentum in the market. Strengthen people leader capabilities through a market development agenda focused on targeted skill development and learning.
    • Develop new ways of working to unlock enterprise value: Focus on creating an inclusive culture and practices where colleagues are empowered to deliver their best performance every day.
    • Contribute as an active member of the Phoenix Market Leadership Team. The Director, CMP Phoenix will provide strategic human capital direction to the team and own all CMP processes for the Phoenix Market.
    • Act as a point of connection across Colleague Experience Group (CEG) functional teams to foster positive culture and engagement across the U.S. markets. May serve as a point of integration for all CEG activities.
    • Partner with CEG counterparts across Centers of Expertise and Colleague Strategic Partners to ensure alignment and effective deployment of key initiatives.
    • Contribute as an active member of the Colleague Market Partners & Colleague and Labor Relations leadership team to provide thoughtful input into strategic direction of the group and leadership across the team to grow and develop key talent.

Desired Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of relevant human resources experience
  • Strong people leader with the ability to influence without authority, set a vision and provide clarity, and engage and create "followership" from others
  • Excellent communication skills, able to cascade complex messages in simple form, and ensure colleagues can see how what they do day to day supports the company's strategic priorities and direction
  • Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence colleagues, challenge the status quo, and confront difficult issues
  • Awareness and understanding of the local culture and how things work in the local market, as well as an understanding of the local talent landscape, pipeline, and labor market
  • Proven ability to drive measurable high impact outcomes
  • Demonstrated focus on and concern for the overall colleague experience
  • Ability to think conceptually and strategically, and flex between a big picture view and detailed execution
  • Demonstrate a solid business acumen
  • Ability to identify and coordinate resources to deliver services/solutions across the market
