We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support our People team, serving as the initial point of contact for Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Total Rewards, employee onboarding and engagement. This person will interact regularly with candidates, and employees of every level while supporting HR initiatives and projects. We’re looking for somebody with foundational knowledge of HR and Talent Acquisition who is eager to grow their career while delivering best-in-class employee support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Together with the rest of our People Team, provide Farmer’s Fridge employees with strong service and timely responses to HR-related questions: benefits, payroll, hiring, employee relations, etc.
  • Work with hiring teams and candidates to schedule interviews for salaried positions
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate and new hire experience through effective and positive communication
  • Complete onboarding process by issuing offer letters, launching background checks, completing I-9 verification, coordinating equipment, lead orientation, etc
  • Maintain our HRIS (Paycor) and ATS (Greenhouse) to ensure all information is accurate and up to date
  • Support the creation, implementation, documentation, and communication of various HR policies
  • Assist in the evaluation of new systems and tools, including researching and contacting potential vendors
  • Contribute to our team culture from first point of contact through entire employee lifecycle

What Your Background May Look Like:

  • Coursework or internship in Human Resources or 1+ years of HR experience
  • Keen attention to detail with exceptional critical thinking skills; demonstrated ability to independently analyze and interpret information to create effective solutions
  • Experience with various HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems, and a high proficiency in Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
