The Role

As HRBP you will support Americas Engineering and G&A, contributing at a strategic and hands-on level to drive an exceptional and consistent employee experience at all levels and in alignment with overall business objectives.

This position will partner with senior leaders to develop and execute People strategies that support business objectives including talent management, building organizational capacity, curating our culture, and advancing employee engagement. This role is also accountable for driving key initiatives and projects such as Performance Management and Employee Development. This role will partner closely with all HR colleagues globally.

The ideal candidate for this role must possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, knowledge of labor regulations and HR practices, exceptional organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and great content building and presentation skills. Responsibilities:

• Provide HR support and coaching to Delphix management on employment law, policies, processes, people management, and career development
• Counsel employees and managers on employee relations matters including performance management, facilitation of formal/informal investigations, and any potential disciplinary actions
• Lead Performance Management, Employee Development, and Employee Engagement initiatives from content through execution
• Implement HR strategies that support business objectives
• Participate in the broader HR team projects and initiatives
• Coach managers on the effective use of HR systems (e.g. ADP, Lattice) to leverage reporting and data insight capabilities
• Perform other ad hoc projects as needed (e.g. onboarding, status changes)

Responsibilities:

• 7 + years of HRBP experience in the hi-tech industry
• Successful track record working with multi-cultural international teams 
• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or equivalent work experience
• Expertise in local labor law and regulations, performance management, change management, culture transformation, Learning & Development
• Is a continuous learner who works efficiently to deliver outstanding results
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Experience leveraging data to tell a story
• Brings new ideas as well as welcomes diverse thinking
• Familiar with HRIS management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
