Job Description

An opportunity to use your influencing skills and become a trusted advisor to develop great relationships with our key stakeholders. You’ll partner with our teams across Europe, providing thought leadership and developing best practices aligned to the needs of our high growth business.

You’ll use your experience with the German Works Council, and have a hands-on attitude whilst enjoying working autonomously in this pivotal role. You speak German fluently and you will report to the Director, People Business Partners.


  • Deliver initiatives designed to improve Leadership and Employee performance, productivity and satisfaction
  • Partner with Learning Development teams to create programs to suit the specific needs the technical teams
  • Proactively advise leaders in employee life-cycle areas such as hiring, promotions, performance management and terminations
  • Metrics driven business consultation to influence and coach leadership on people and leadership trends
  • Advise and provide resolution to our regional directors and managers on potential employee related legal issues
  • Conduct new hire assessments, talent review and succession planning initiatives
  • Drive the annual Merit and Stock refresh programs

  • Durchführung von Initiativen zur Verbesserung der Performance, Produktivität und Zufriedenheit von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitern gleichermaßen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Learning Development Teams bei der Erstellung von Programmen, die auf die spezifischen Bedürfnisse der technischen Teams zugeschnitten sind
  • Proaktive Beratung von Führungskräften in Bereichen der Weiterentwicklung von Teams im Bezug auf Einstellung, Beförderung, Leistungsmanagement und notfalls Freistellung
  • Datenbasierte Beratung des Unternehmens zum Coaching von Führungskräften in Bezug auf Personal- und Führungstrends
  • Beratung unserer Regionaldirektoren und Manager in Bezug auf potenzielle rechtliche Fragestellungen im Zusammenhang mit Mitarbeitern und Bereitstellung von Lösungen
  • Durchführung von New Hire Assessments, Beratung im Talent Review und Initiativen zur Nachfolgeplanung bei Beförderungen
  • Durchführung der jährlichen Merit- und Stock-Refresh-Programme


Ideally, You’ll Have:

  • Experience supporting EMEA teams (both Sales and Technical), including a track record of providing consultation to Senior Leadership on strategic initiatives
  • Knowledge and experience with global businesses practices and able to integrate EMEA practices into a global, scalable framework
  • Understanding of metrics, drivers and compensation plans and scorecards
  • Experience driving improvements in organisational effectiveness; ability to apply and adapt practices to business needs
