About This Role:
Currently, we seek to hire a Human Resources Associate to provide direct support for the following functional areas: onboarding, data administration and auditing, payroll and compensation / benefits administration and exit and absence management.
Responsibilities:
Resolves HR process and policy questions which are raised through multiple communication channels, escalating where appropriate.
Works to meet service levels and business performance goals as outlined by the Chief People Officer.
Provides support to managers and colleagues who are processing HR transactions.
Ensures consistent application of HR policies as outlined by state and federal laws and practices.
Takes full accountability for ensuring a timely and quality resolution for all inquiries and issues.
Performs special projects and related duties, as assigned.
Position Requirements
Requirements/Key Attributes:
Bachelor's Degree required.
1+ years of relevant HR experience, plus proficient in Microsoft Office software required.
Knowledge of HR functions, processes, and operations, including data administration, and/or compensation / benefits administration.
Ability to collect information and ask probing questions to understand and assess the situation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service skills including ability to diffuse challenging situations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment subject to changing priorities and short deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality as appropriate.
