What You Will Do In Your Role

Leave of Absence Administrator

• Key contact and SME for LOA process
• Liaison between employees, Business HR, and Leave Management Team
• Daily/weekly review of leave report for new claims
• Provide administrative support for payroll inquiries and corrections

System & Process Support

• Operating knowledge of HRIS
• Payroll System (Kronos)
• SharePoint administration
• Teams Live

Reporting and Data

• Provide reports and data to HR partners and business partners to support decision making in areas such as compensation, organizational structure, headcount, etc.
• Develop visualization of data via PowerBI and/or other visualization tools

HR Process Improvement

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and/or improvement of HR processes

The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:

• Experience with a HRIS or similar database; (i.e., Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, etc. Kronos)
• Experience with Microsoft Suite

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience in human resources (Leave Management, HR Generalist, Payroll, etc.)
• Experience with PowerBI or other data visualization tools
• Experience with Alteryx, Microsoft Flow, Microsoft Forms and Sharepoint
