About the team:
Capco's Global Internal Applications team supports all 5,000+ Capco employees globally. Our Functional/Technical onshore team consists of five individuals that support, develop and control Capco's internal Financial and Human Resources systems. We also have significant offshore resources that provide helpdesk support, development and hosting of our core ERP system, PeopleSoft.
We encourage new and innovative ideas and communication between all team members. We are a small team that works well together, exchanges ideas and gets the job done within short timeframes.
About the Job:
Capco, has an immediate need for an Internal Applications HR Specialist in our Global Internal Applications Functional/Technical Team based in Orlando, FL. This position will assist in the support, implementation and administration of our growing internal applications suite.
The Internal Applications Specialist will provide functional and technical support to our Financial and Human Resources suite of applications. Initial assignment will be for Production Support and Functional Request resolutions for our Recruitment and eLearning Systems. Other applications will also be assigned as we replace or implement new systems, globally within the organization.
What You'll Get to Do:
- Work as part of a global team covering our suite of Financial and HRMS applications
- Apply technical knowledge across various types of systems and suggest improvements and best practices
- Action Production Support and Functional Requests of our Recruitment and eLearning systems
- Monitor and troubleshoot system processes and production issues
- Provide day-to-day production support to users with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the development and implementation of internal applications and to support similar initiatives based on an aggressive business growth plan
What You'll Bring with You:
- BS or BA Degree in Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent work experience
- Internal Application support experience with a focus on client satisfaction
- Experience in supporting Business and Financial software applications
- Technical proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems
- Good interpersonal and communications skills (written and oral) and the ability to work with a wide variety of people across the globe
- Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment and with a sense of urgency, while juggling multiple projects
- Strong organizational and time management skills a plus
- Knowledge of Greenhouse Recruiting System and Cornerstone Learning Management System is a plus
