The HR Technology Department provides support and development on multiple HR technology systems that help Hallmark Employees work, develop, and live their best professional lives at Hallmark. We work with our partners in other HR Department's, Payroll, IT, and Facilities to take requirements from initial conception through to implemented system and processes.

The objectives of the HRIS Specialist II are to:

1. Develop and deliver process and technology solutions with value realization

  • Clear problem and requirement identification ties to value definition.
  • Coordinate efforts with other business and IT areas in service development to realize value and ensure adherence to business process standards.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation is developed in support of value realization.
  • Research issues, develops recommendations and actively participates on project teams to develop solutions to business problems related to a broad range of business and product issues.
  • Understands and interprets key strategic issues to develop recommendations.



2. Maintain an effective level of operational support for existing legacy HR applications

Requirements:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years of experience in HRIS or IT



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with SaaS administration and implementation for the HR Technology Stack strongly preferred (UltiPro/Kronos Dimensions)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working in a ticket work management system model
  • Background in consulting on systems work, either internal or client-facing
