Our user base has doubled in the last year alone, and we have paid over $2 billion directly to creators on our platform. In order to support this level of growth, Patreon is looking for a HRIS Senior Partner to join our People & Communities team.

What you will do:

• Develop and execute the overall strategy related to HR data, tools and systems
• Lead Workday implementation and serves as primary liaison between HR, Payroll, IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects
• Serve as the subject matter expert for our HRIS tools and apply knowledge to maintain effective system utilization, accuracy, and compliance
• Identify system improvements and enhancements; recommend and implement solutions
• Collaborate with our IT staff to perform regular tests and upgrades to our HRIS including system integrations
• Build strong relationships cross functionally, and be able to translate technical knowledge to nontechnical stakeholders
• Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
• Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology and apply knowledge to recommend improvements to our systems and setup
• Deliver great employee experience regarding HCM tools

`Skills and experience you possess:

• 8+ years HR operations experience; 4+ years specialized in HRIS management
• Ability to work autonomously as most senior expert within the organization for HRIS
• Extensive knowledge of managing Workday and other HRIS tools
• Preference for previous Workday implementation experience
• Proficiency in Excel and Workday EIB templates

Projects you may work on:

• Build HRIS strategy and roadmap to optimize our systems, tools and processes
• Lead execution on HRIS changes and updates, including our upcoming project to implement Workday Payroll and HCM 
• Improve our data analytics capabilities through designing and deploying dashboards within Workday
• Manage implementation and configuration for Workday performance management and compensation planning tools
