We are looking for a HRIS Manager to join our team!!
With a lot of moving pieces and an important mission, the HRIS Manager plays a key role in driving employee retention, growth, and expansion, working closely with agency leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to solve complex organizational challenges through people-related solutions.

As a HRIS Manager, you'll:
* Responsible for hiring, training, supervising, coaching and developing staff to achieve desired results and maximize employee engagement
* Proactively consults with HR leadership/customer teams on business needs and trends, solution options and goals, ensures priorities are identified and communicated, and solution deliverables meet/exceed agreed upon targets
* Creates and fosters strong collaborative relationships with key partners (e.g. HR, IT, Finance, vendors) to ensure that work is resourced, priorities are aligned, and solutions are delivered on time
* Partner with a team to create and maintain a consistent and optimized user experience in all solutions - including technology, reporting/analytics and processes
* Responsible for daily team operations including staffing, escalations, communications and quality metrics analysis/monitoring
* Responsible for maintaining appropriate internal control environments including oversight for access management and auditing, change control, and data confidentiality
* Creates and monitors quality metrics, holds team (and vendors) accountable to results and creates action planning where needed
* Assist in creating, driving and implementing HR strategies

You should have:
* A passion for helping others
* Excellent communication skills
* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration or Information Technology, or related field required.
* Minimum three years of experience with HRIS administration required.
Good to have (but not deal breakers):
* Previous experience with PeopleSoft preferred
