The People Operations team is responsible for the systems and operations behind Quantcast’s Human Capital Management programs like onboarding, performance management, talent reviews, people analytics and reporting, including employee engagement and exit interview processes and data. 


This position is responsible for managing Quantcasts Workday application investment and ensuring that we continually optimise and develop to ensure the best service capability to our employees & leadership which providing significant efficiencies for our People Operations team. The individual will lead the continuous implementation of our Workday roadmap partnering with colleagues in the People & Places global team and working cross functionally with internal stakeholders.


We are looking for an expert to help define and execute on how we can best utilize the capabilities of our Workday system. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage our current implementations of Core HCM, Performance, Compensation, Payroll (US), Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence & Advanced Compensation modules.
  • Work with our IT department and have oversight on our inbound and outbound custom integrations from Workday to third party enterprise applications using Workday Studio technology.
  • Partner with the People & Places leadership team ownership for future Workday roadmap priorities including business process implementation & changes, new functionality enhancements.
  • Through use of custom reports and dashboards use Workday Data Source ensure that the correct business insights are being provided to our HRBP team and executive leadership team.
  • Have ownership for our security architecture within Workday, creating and maintaining existing security roles, and providing new user access to different components of the tool.
  • Provide training as needed on Workday business process changes, documenting the process changes as part of change management initiatives.
  • Create and maintain within Workday custom form layouts that would be used as part of our annual People Programs e.g. compensation adjustments, bonus statements etc. using Workday Studio/BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tool) report designer.
  • Configure and update key business processes, notifications and security policies using the Workday business process framework for processes such as Hire, Termination, and Change Job.
  • Build custom business objects, custom fields and respond to ad-hoc requests from day to day operations, including data extracts, reports and debugging integrations issues.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of prior HRIT experience in a similar company or People Operations experience, with 3+ years of experience working with Workday HCM.
  • Experience across the software development lifecycle: including identifying business requirements, designing and implementing technical solutions, integration with and installation of vendor solutions, and providing software and systems maintenance and support. 
  • Deep functional knowledge of Workday, HRIS systems, People Operations / Human Resources and its different components
  • Proven ability to manage successfully complex, cross-functional and global projects
  • Strong change management experience
  • Passion for People Technology

The model gives employees the opportunity to work from home two days a week and work in the office for team collaboration for the remainder of the time.
