This unique opportunity centers on the deployment and continual improvement of Lyft’s implementation of the Qualtrics experience management platform, with a primary impact on the employee engagement, 360 / upward manager, and other internally directed surveys.

The HRIS Lead combines program management and hands on system administration for Qualtrics, involving system configuration, consultations with People team leadership, integration design, and user support.  Systems administration team coverage also includes other HR tools, such as Docebo LMS and Greenhouse ATS, addressing the holistic systems needs of Lyft’s People Team. 

As a member of the Integrated People Applications team, and as part of Lyft’s renowned People Analytics, Technology & Strategy (PATS) practice, work with an accomplished team of HRIS professionals, with system integrations, and extensive insights derived from data via innovative Tableau dashboards. Responsibilities:

  • Advise People team leadership as a systems program manager, identifying technical feasibility, process change implications, and system requirements.
  • Internal problem solving with customer centric focus 
  • Prioritize and filter essential requests  
  • Lead projects to completion utilizing change control and release management methods.
  • Configure, implement, maintain, and support the Qualtrics survey system. 
  • Gather requirements, design survey framework, build questions, configure metadata and security roles, and design dashboards for Qualtrics surveys.
  • Serve as a technical expert in a collaborative, cross-functional team. 
  • Troubleshoot system related problems.
  • Identify opportunities for process and system efficiencies. 
  • Create system diagrams, workflows and documentation.
  • Develop and deliver training to stakeholders.
  • Encourage and support data integrity, privacy, security and confidentiality.
  • Advise stakeholders with the selection of new HRIS vendors.
  • Keep current with technology changes and attend appropriate assigned training.

Experience:

  • 4 years of experience in HRIS systems administration is required.
  • Experience handling / creating customer experience surveys 
  • Hands-on experience administering a modern SaaS survey system is required.
  • Experience with integrations is preferred.
  • Experience working with cloud based applications.  Proficient with Slack and Google Workspace, including GSheets, GSlides, GDocs. Experience with Workday in an integrated systems environment is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of employee engagement surveys is required. Experience with 360 / upward manager surveys, and other internally directed surveys, is highly preferred.
  • Experience leading the implementation of an enterprise application, including partnering with IT and other internal stakeholders, is strongly preferred. 
  • Experience implementing people/HR applications, such as learning management or recruiting systems, including partnering with various people/HR functional teams, is helpful.
  • Experience with managing an RFP process is helpful.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills. Prioritize and deliver solutions in a timely manner, under pressure and with shifting priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Experience using troubleshooting techniques to resolve application related problems.
  • Excellent communication skills addressing a wide spectrum of stakeholders
  • Customer and team oriented.
  • Experience maintaining confidentiality of work related information and materials.
  • Experience with Qualtrics is strongly preferred
  • Availability to work in the office on a hybrid schedule when offices are expected to re-open in early 2022.
