PRIMARY FUNCTION: Incumbent works under the direction of the Human Resources (HR) Director or designee maintaining the integrity and reliability of the HRIS/HCM and leveraging the return on technological capabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in Information Systems and Technology, IT Project Management, Information Science, Computer Networking, Data Analytics, or Human Resources required.* Three (3) years advanced level experience with MSOffice required. One (1) year of HR business system experience required. Human Resources certifications (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred. Oracle HRIS experience preferred. Valid driver's license and own mode of transportation at the time of hire and maintained throughout employment required. Completion of a pre-employment criminal record check and conditional offer drug screen. *Equivalent work experience may be substituted for educational requirements beyond high school on a year-for-year basis.
