The HRIS Analyst position helps support the HR Operations team with HR system expertise in Payroll, Benefits and Reporting. This position will help provide support to the HR Operations team on technical system related issues and support. In partnership with the Sr. HRIS Analyst, the HRIS Analyst will help with the daily administration of the ADP Workforce Now Platform and assist with setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of various system issues and running reports as needed. This position is responsible for timely and accurate entry of data for global payroll processing, reporting, employee records, and policy management purposes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Supports the Payroll team with finalizing Timecards for payroll processing. This includes reaching out to leaders for missing approval and prepping timecards for payroll.
  • Partnering with the Sr. HRIS Analyst to set up and maintain time and attendance policies in ADP. This also includes assignments of new policies for acquired employees
  • Providing real-time support for Timecard questions or issues from employees and leaders
  • Responsible for setup and maintenance of Holiday schedules and Holiday Policy Assignments in ADP
  • May run periodic Payroll related reports to support finance requests for information
  • Provide support to the Benefits Team in setup and maintenance of Benefit plans and Administration in ADP. This may include working with ADP to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Provide support to the Benefits Team during Open Enrollment set up. Coordinate additional ADP resources when required. Partner with Sr. HRIS Analyst for additional support when needed.
  • Responsible for ensuring all employees are assigned to the proper Benefit Eligibility Classes
  • Provide support to the Benefits Teams for all Benefit Carrier Feeds and Files. This may include working with ADP to troubleshoot and resolve issues when files are not working.
  • Manages the data entry and record-keeping of employment data and within HRIS solutions, maintaining employee records (payroll, time off, benefits, personal information).
  • Responsible for ensuring all employee data changes including terminations are completed timely and accurately in ADP
  • Responsible for ensuring that all Global New Hires are added to ADP timely and accurately and are assigned the appropriate onboarding experience.
  • Complete various report and data requests as needed
  • Periodically assist with data audits and analysis for the team as needed
  • Assist Sr. HRIS Analyst with other tasks in ADP as needed.
