We are hiring for a Full-Time HRIS Analyst at our downtown campus.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HRIS Analyst to join Nu Skin's global HRIS team. This position reports to the Director of Global HR Systems within the Human Resources Department and is responsible for leading technical design, requirements, configuration, testing, communication, and support of HR systems (primarily Workday) across the people life cycle (candidate to exit) experience throughout the world. This position acts as the Human Resources technical point of contact between our people, functional departments, vendors, and stakeholders and manages multiple Human Resources projects varying in size and complexity including systems implementations, enhancements, troubleshooting, and global customer support.

What you'll do:
  • Oversee and support assigned HR system (primarily Workday) workstreams and collaborate with the HRIS team, functional teams, and leaders to align to business priorities and needs.
  • Support and communicate HR system upgrades, and enhancements; analyze software releases to evaluate the impact of new features. Perform ongoing maintenance as needed.
  • Manage projects as assigned, including implementation of new functionality as needed by meeting with customer groups to outline business requirements, configuration, testing, documentation, knowledge transfer, and development of project plans
  • Partner closely with business and support teams to understand system end-user and other business needs and provide recommendations to keep Workday business processes simple and efficient to ensure the best customer experience
  • Provide reports and/or data analytics as needed, communicate significant data patterns that result in effective data-driven decisions.
  • Act as subject matter expert, providing troubleshooting and other support for end-users, advance complex issues as needed
  • Actively participate in Workday Community, customer groups, and networking events; use Workday network to identify standard methodologies
  • Provide HR system processes and support for data privacy, PWC, other government, and compliance regulations, and company guidelines.

What you'll need:
  • 2-3 years of Business Analyst or Workday-specific experience
  • Functional experience and knowledge of HR processes, HRIS business systems (Workday), and other data systems
  • Excellent attention to details
  • High level of initiative and critical thinking
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • A high degree of confidentiality
  • Expertise in the full range of Workday proprietary tools (Report Writer, Calculated Fields, EIB, Workday Studio, BP Config)
  • Understanding of functional modules of Workday (Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Security, Help & Journeys, Prism Analytics, Reporting)
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem resolution skills
  • Able to work optimally at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven drive and curiosity about learning and implementing technical solutions
