WHAT YOU'LL DO

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for administering, researching, and troubleshooting within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This position will manage day to day HRIS operations and trouble shoot end user issues within the platform and ensuring data is correct and up to date. Through collaboration with other HRIS team members this role will be responsible for improving the HRIS data and transaction processes and create efficiencies to support a growing global organization (United States, Canada, India, and Philippines). #LIBW1

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages all the data in the system to ensure correct and completeness
    • Keeps organizational levels up to date and makes changes when needed when reorganizations are needed.
    • Manages security settings and aligns them to data points in the system
    • Validates location data
    • Updates choice fields such as term reason, as necessary
    • Maintains documents housed in the HRIS system ensuring they stay up to date
  • Troubleshoot system issues and work to find solutions
    • Address questions that come into the HRIS inbox and bring to resolution
    • Assist with security settings and end-user access issues
    • Create and schedule standard reports as requested using Cognos BI
  • Support HRIS system projects and initiatives
    • Supports functional design improvements of the HR systems to meet the current and future needs of the organization
    • Assist with the collection, analysis, and documentation of functional business requirements, as well as the business design of functional solutions
    • Analyzes HR data and reporting to help teams create business goals and determine needs
  • Supports user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
    • Train employees and/or Leaders on new processes/functionality.
    • Train new system users as needed
    • Creates User Guides for Managers, Employees, and HR



REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 1-2 years' hands-on experience Global HRIS system administration (UltiPro/UKG)
  • 1-2 years' experience supporting and managing projects
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook (e.g. manage and track changes, create documents with tables of contents/footnotes, advanced functions such as VLOOKUP and IF statements, create pivot tables, develop databases, create presentation templates)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organizational skills in managing projects simultaneously while maintaining a satisfactory work product.
  • Ability to identify problems, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions
  • Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
