Job Details:

Job Summary: Supports Human Resources (HR) operations by maintaining records, preparing documents and providing administrative support to all areas of HR. Specific areas of direct assistance include the Employee Experience (EX) team and other multi-faceted Human Resources Information Systems functions and processes of Human Resources. This position typically works under close supervision and direction.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides general responses to employee questions and requests on EX/HR procedures, policies, and information
  • Coordinates EX/HR paperwork processing, referring to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Composes and types correspondence related to various EX/HR matters
  • Processes miscellaneous billings for payment & vendor management.
  • Ensures prompt processing of EX/HR priority projects and programs
  • Prepares and distributes EX/HR monthly reports where needed.
  • Responsible for keeping current on Intranet all changes made to the Employee Handbook, HR policies and other EX/HR information available on the Web
  • Provides coordination and administrative support for the EX/HR Team.
  • Contributes to EX/HR team effort by accomplishing duties as described above and other duties as needed.



Minimum Job Requirements:

Two years college or equivalent, plus three years of experience working in a HR department. Proficient word-processing skills. Ability to utilize and maintain employee information database. Ability to protect and handle confidential personnel information. Ability to organize, prioritize and complete multiple tasks under deadlines and shifting priorities. Ability to communicate effectively and discretely with all levels of employees, including executives. Must be detail-oriented and able to perform duties with high degree of accuracy.
