Works with employees that are joining Nordic through an acquisition, managed services, or divestiture. Responsibility of ensuring that the new employees' engagement with Nordic prior to transition of employment is a positive one for the employee. The process includes the education of the new employee on culture, benefits, career, and other onboarding activities as well as ensuring the handoff to the assigned HR Generalist is a smooth one.
Description

  • Oversees the global implementation and delivery of HR outsourcing solutions
  • Works with the business to manage and implement workforce and succession planning
  • Project manages all internal organizations and processes to meet client HR requirements
  • Works directly with clients to design, develop, and implement the HR solution for managed services engagement
  • Works with internal HR teams and clients to project manage the implementation of HR solutions upon contract signature
  • Ensures that global HR solutions are compliant with local employment laws in the various global regions/countries where Nordic does business
  • Provides orientation and onboarding activities for employees who transitioned to Nordic due to managed services contracts
  • Represents HR in the pursuit of new business and working with pursuit teams to develop compelling HR solutions for external clients



Skills And Experience

  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • HR professional certification or program experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant HR experience (includes 3-5 years managerial/leadership experience)



Additional Details

  • Travel including overnight domestic or international trips will be required.
  • 75-100% travel
