Job Description:
• Partner with leadership to create the future state vision of world class onboarding at BAC• Journey map the pre hire to 90 day experience to identify moments the matter, prioritizes technology focus for greatest and most critical impact• Help develop and deliver executive communications that bring the future state vision to life• Create project plans and execute on time and within Bank of America's risk framework• Emulate an operational excellence mindset through continuous improvement, automation, streamlining and simplifying processes.
Required Skills:
• 10+ years of software development experience on large, complex systems• 6+ years of Object-Oriented Programming experience• 2+ years leading other employees within a team environment• Strong knowledge of version control (i.e. git, svn, etc.)• Testing (unit, integration, etc.), along with test automation• Excellent written & oral communication skills• Agile development life-cycle experience with a strong knowledge of SDLC• Ability to problem solve, apply reason, take initiative, use judgment, and perform multiple concurrent tasks• Ability to prioritize, adjust, and push for completion of multiple tasks in a fast-paced organization• Agile development life-cycle experience with a strong knowledge of SDLC• Ability to problem solve, apply reason, take initiative, use judgment, and perform multiple concurrent tasks• Ability to prioritize, adjust, and push for completion of multiple tasks in a fast-paced organization
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar skillset
• Innovative, influential leader with strong analytical skill sets and proactively builds trusted relationships with key partners• Exudes executive presence and has excellent communication skills• Experience working in a matrixed organization and managing large-scale process projects with multiple stakeholders• Demonstrated knowledge in navigating organizations and processes to influence change and different ways of working• Forward-thinking and strategic leader• Ability to address complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input, and when to act independently
