Job Description:

The Technology, Operations and Analytics group (TOA) is looking for a dynamic HR Technology leader who will drive strategic initiatives and innovation for one of the tech industry's elite companies. This leader will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the HR function. The role requires demonstrated strategic partnering and influencing skills to work in partnership with HR Leadership team and the IT organization, to drive transformational change by establishing a shared vision, enhancing business processes, and bringing innovation and technology to HR and its workforce.

In this role, the incumbent will work closely with internal HR counterparts for the successful planning and delivery of HR long range plan, translating it into a technology roadmap. The leader will provide technology direction, establish integration plans, and ongoing management of the HR Technology solutions implementation, while also ensuring the effective, efficient, and secure operation of all HR tech systems and its compliance.

This individual will lead across the organization and lead teams in a highly matrixed environment. Being a part of HR at Intel requires you to be bold, creative, take risks, and bring your best possibility thinking to every challenge.

Main responsibilities of this position include:

  • Create and manage technology strategy and roadmap for end-to-end HR technology stack to deliver on an effective employee experience and reinvention of HR technology.
  • Lead a cross functional team across multiple HR organizations, such as: Talent Planning and Acquisition, Total Rewards, Organization and Talent Capability, Global Diversity and Social Impact, Technology, Operations, and Analytics, and HR Global Services to link HR business strategy and business requirements to create use cases that will be delivered by technology.
  • Create, define, and articulate a compelling vision for emerging HR technology and cognitive capabilities to set direction and implementation plans for HR technology.
  • Build strong business leader relationship for service, influence and coaching on the Technology arena.
  • Develop the overall technology architecture and governance and provide technical leadership guidance in partnership with IT.
  • Analyze market, HR, customers' needs and technology capabilities to define opportunities for new ideas applicable to Intel's HR business.
  • Understand market offerings and competitor capabilities, evaluates new technology, uses data analysis to makes recommendations on effective technological solutions.
  • Identifies competitive advantages and technological trends for the benefit of a company
  • Applies Program management frameworks to plans and priorities.
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of the HR and Business Units' functional areas, business strategies, and the company's goals.
  • Able to successfully lead and partner with global distributed teams.
  • Creates a culture of agility and innovation where ideas for growth are encouraged across boundaries for the good of Intel.
  • Role models and cultivates the highest levels of integrity, ethics, respect, and inclusion.



Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience or in related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience developing and executing to an HR Technology Strategy at a Multinational Company.
  • Proven track record in effectively partnering and influencing business leaders to deliver the right outcomes on Technology.
  • Program Management Ability to drive issues, track tasks and evaluate priorities daily.
  • Proven skills to possess or build a clear understanding of company strategy and operations, assess internal and external ecosystem and dynamics and its impact on business strategies.
  • Experience managing external vendor relationships.
  • HR and industry acumen: broad HR knowledge and deep and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices with a focus on emerging trends.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
