Overview

The HR Systems and Reporting Analyst will play a key role in ensuring HR systems, processes, and data are optimized to enhance the colleague experience, support Perficient's dynamic growth, and ensure compliance. They'll provide tier 1 support for HR systems and reports to leadership. They'll partner closely with IT, vendor partners, and business leaders to understand needs, implement, and measure effective technical solutions.

This position has an unique opportunity to support Perficient's transition to Cloud HCM. The candidate selected for this role will play a critical role in helping our growting organization adopt and implement HCM cloud practices and prepare for successful sustainment. This position is in St. Louis, MO (Must reside in the area)

Responsibilities

System administration

  • Provide tier 1 support for user requests, questions, and issues.
  • Maintain system access to ensure appropriate access and protection of colleague data.
  • Correct data and update content (e.g., offer letters, dashboards, etc.) as needed.
  • Update system configuration as needed.
  • Support integration and routine processes.
  • Partner with IT and vendors as functional/technical liaison.
  • Consult with business users to understand upcoming needs and pain points.
  • Introduce system capabilities to business and set roadmap for continuous improvement.
  • Identify testing requirements, conduct unit testing, and lead small testing efforts as needed.
  • Validate and process invoices.



Reporting

  • Build, schedule, assemble, and distribute routine and ad hoc reports.
  • Build, maintain, and administer security around dashboards.
  • Elicit report requirements, provide effective and accurate reporting solutions, and provide critical insights to business partners.
  • Create and validate reports required for compliance reporting (e.g., Affirmative Action Planning, SOC2, EEO-1) and audits.
  • Report and partner to resolve data quality issues that surface through reporting efforts.



Data Analysis

  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to provide key insights.
  • Understand impact of processes and timing on data quality and interpretation.
  • Partner to resolve data needs and data quality issues in support of data governance.
  • Audit data for quality, integrity, and relevance.



Systems Analysis

  • Understand and identify system dependencies, downstream impacts, and stakeholders for system efforts.
  • Identify root cause issues and recommend near and long-term strategies.
  • Recommend updates to enhance colleague experience and resolve needs at tier 0.
  • Elicit, document, and ensure agreement on system requirements and solutions.
  • Document and inform automation and data flows.
  • Create and report on metrics that measure quality, satisfaction, and effectiveness of services, systems, and vendors. Develop standard, streamlined, compliant, accurate, and scalable solutions with the customer at the center
  • Partner closely with IT on system/technical solutions and updates.
  • Participate in implementations and continuous improvements.



Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Experience with HR systems and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform complex problem solving.
  • Works with high level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Curious learner with continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills leading to trusting relationships with IT, business partners, and their leadership teams.
  • Highly responsive and customer service oriented with experience measuring satisfaction and anticipating needs.
  • Must excel in fast paced environment and quickly pivot from one project to the next.
  • Tech savvy with advanced computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Discreet with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive situations.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of experience



Preferred:

  • Experience in HR business area: Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management, HR Operations
  • Oracle HCM Cloud system experience
  • iCIMS experience
  • Oracle EBS experience
  • Agile methodology
  • System testing
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Lean/Six Sigma Certification
  • PowerPoint
  • Visio
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-5 years of experience
