Position Summary:

This position will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department in the HR Operations areas of onboarding, employee data changes and records, reporting, and project work. Working in close partnership with HR Business Partners and Center of Expertise.

Core Functions:

  • Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience;
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and termination operations
  • including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance (transfers, promotions, leaves, etc.)
  • Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, Salary Increase Letters, Employment Verification, Promotions
  • Maintain the organization's employee database (LN) and run reports.
  • Reports on general HR activity / policies
  • Support ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives across the business teams
  • Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits
  • Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
  • Scan all payroll documents to the payroll team
  • Support the structure training planning and company events
  • Complete unemployment claim data where applicable and delegate other unemployment claims to appropriate HR team member
  • Maintain North America HR Resources section of Bunge Connect



Skill/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum of 2 - 5 years of coordinator and/or administrative experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office tools (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility by handling numerous priorities concurrently
  • Results oriented, highly motivated, able to complete multiple assignments in a timely and accurate manner and drive issues to resolution
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
  • Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
