Position Overview
Industrial Scientific (ISC) is hiring a new HR Operations Partner to join the Global HR Operations Team. In this role, you will work with all operational aspects of the department including systems, benefits, payroll, on-boarding and off-boarding, training, compliance, and vendor management. You will collaborate with other HR team members, including HR Business Partners and COEs, to provide timely and excellent service to EH&S Platform Operating Companies (EH&S) employees of all levels, from individual contributors to Executive team members. You will also work closely with the IT, Finance/Payroll, and Legal teams to ensure compliance, improve process management, and maintain transparent communications.
Responsibilities and Deliverables
- Systems, data integrity, and reporting to support the HR team and the greater EH&S organization on HR topics
- Serve as a change agent to proactively identify process inefficiencies and collaborate towards an improved and more productive process
- Manage and improve employee experience, including on-boarding and orientation; off-boarding and terminations; documentation; and project management
- Oversee internal communications within the organization - create and share internal employee events and training, support agenda management and creation of monthly All Hands meetings, and act as point of contact for management of company intranet
- Manage benefits and leave communication and administration

- Oracle HCM & Oracle BTI report writing experience

- 5+ years HR Operations experience with responsibility for onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and/or HRIS platforms
Education
- Degreeor Diploma in a related field (Human Resources, Business Administration) preferred
