HR Operations and Systems Manager
Our Human Resources(HR) Operations and Systems Manager manages our HR tools and systems, drives our HR data analytics, and is not afraid to dive in on all levels. We have had significant growth over the last five years and the number of tools/software systems we use has increased too! As our HR Operations and Systems Manager, you will own and manage most of our HR data and tools: everything from verifying data accuracy on spreadsheets to process improvement and researching and implementing new solutions. You will report to Pushpay’s Head of HR, Maria, and will work with a global HR team to help us assess and improve our tools and processes and mature our HR operations as we move into the next phase of our growth. Through your work, you will continually help us assess Pushpay’s organizational health, diagnose our business needs, identify areas for improvement, and analyze data to assess the impact of and influence of our HR processes and strategy.

What you’ll do
- Own all operational and strategic aspects of Pushpay’s suite of HR software tools and processes across both the United States and New Zealand.
- Software tools include tools for payroll, performance management, recruiting and onboarding, approvals, and rewards/benefits.
- Manage recurring HR processes, including performance reviews, merit/compensation reviews, and engagement surveys.
- Create and maintain all analytics and reporting in HR software tools and ensure data alignment across tools.
- Analyze data. Create dashboards and reports to communicate trends and other information in a simple and effective manner and propose effective solutions.
- Oversee internal and external auditing.
- Train new employees on HR software tools and data as needed.

- You have 6+ years of experience working with HR systems, and HR Operations (experience working in and implementing an HRIS is a plus).
- You are driven to constantly improve the status quo.
- You have a desire to build, develop and grow an HR Operations function.
- You prefer to roll up your sleeves, dig in and seek to understand current processes, identify best practices and recommend solutions.
- You have strong analytical skills, a process mindset, and have systems knowledge.
- You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating structure.
