Overview

We are hiring a People Operations Coordinator to join our growing global team reporting into our VP, Head of People. In this Raleigh based role you will provide operational support to our Talent Acquisition and HR People Manager teams and serve as the initial HR contact internally for employees. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate with an interest in Human Resources.

In this role you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact in the following ways:

HR Operations

  • Perform all employment verifications & respond to all unemployment inquires
  • Liase with benefits broker on all US employee benefits inquires
  • US employee leave management
  • Primary administrator of HRIS system, responsible for keeping all employee data updated and the system configured for maximum impact
  • Support all HR compliance reporting
  • Manage all HR reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

Employee Engagement

  • Partner with People Partners to delivery employee focused programs such as monthly employee newsletter, Wellness Wednesdays, Step Challenges
  • Responsible for coordinating quarterly eNPS and annual employee engagement surveys
  • Plan and execute virtual and in person culture building employee events in partnership with People Partner

Recruiting / Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with our Talent Acquisition Manager to deliver best in class candidate experience during the interview process. Manage all scheduling and coordination of interviews and follow up debriefs.
  • Compile weekly recruiting metrics reports from JazzHR, maintaining an organized applicant tracking system.
  • Onboard new employees (coordinate equipment and access with IT, send out welcome packages, process new hire paperwork in Paylocity, participate in or lead New Hire Training sessions)

 Hybrid Workplaces Administration

  • Serve as the primary interface with office vendors (landlord, cleaning, coffee & drinks, etc.)
  • Serve as a key point of contact for the hybrid workplace

The successful candidate for this role will have the following skills and experience: 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proactive communication about progress towards goals and expected results
  • Project management skills with a strong attention to detail
  • People operations experience is a plus
  • A service-oriented mindset with a desire to help others succeed
  • Tech savvy – experience with multiple software systems
