The HR Operations Coordinator provides a smooth, caring experience for our Team Members and promotes the integrity of our data.

Responsibilities:

  • Tackle Workday business processes with enthusiasm, timeliness, and strict attention to detail, such as updating manager and organization hierarchies and auditing data
  • Partner with Recruiting, People Business Partners and HRIS teams to implement new processes and improve existing practices around transactions, people and data collection, and organization
  • Hone your already-strong verbal and written communication skills to accurately, timely, and professionally communicate to new hires, existing team members, and managers using our ticketing system
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-volume hiring environment with tight deadlines

Experience:

  • Knowledge of Workday business processes
  • Experience fielding employee questions; Zendesk experience preferred
  • Prior work experience performing data audits and reconciliation
  • Basic spreadsheet proficiency (e.g. vLookup, pivot tables, etc)
  • Prior administrative work experience
  • Extremely detail oriented, with high standards for accuracy and precision, and ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
  • Comfortable independently managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-volume hiring environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Resourceful and has the willingness to do whatever needs to get done with integrity and accountability
  • Team player, excellent at building relationships within your team and across teams
  • Excel in situations where you can think critically and anticipate issues before they arise, and proactively suggest big-picture solutions
