This role can be performed remotely, with the exception of Colorado.

Job Overview

HR support for global functions (inc. Commercial, Communications, and Legal) on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities.

In this role you will be responsible for both business partnership and employee resource management, providing the full range of HR support from organizational to individual and administrative. You will advise and support functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures.

You will also provide broader process, initiative, and analytics management in collaboration with HRBP and functional HR Team.

Responsibilities

As the HR Manager for the Legal, Commercial and Communications functions, you will own the employee experience by coaching people leaders to hire, inspire, develop, and retain the talented employees that create customer success. You will work within a collaborative HR team ranging from Sr. HRBPs, Compensation, Workforce Planning, Learning & Talent Development and Talent Acquisition.

Additional responsibilities include:
  • Meet regularly & proactively with managers to provide HR guidance on change management, compensation, retention, engagement, talent assessments, and performance development
  • Advise people leaders on all areas of HR including providing consistent, transparent application of policies and practices; own investigations when needed
  • Optimize org design and ensure we scale with continued growth
  • Engage with employees regularly to become an expert of our people and the way they work and learn what's important to them to build rapport and trust
  • Drive, influence and shape an awesome culture which includes but not limited to
    • Coach people leaders to ensure team priorities are laser focused, on-strategy, & drive customer success
    • Drive employee development: coach people leaders to create meaningful, personalized development plans
  • Partner with HR Operations as appropriate to address manager and employee inquires.
  • Analyze and interpret data as required to support HR strategy in core functional areas (retention, recruitment, compliance, diversity, etc).
  • Partner with Operational leaders to execute business-specific strategies
  • Lead key HR processes including compensation planning and compliance
  • Lead or partner on other projects and initiatives requiring broader-based application
  • Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care
  • Challenge status quo and normal ways of working - not afraid to challenge and push back on concepts and ideas when appropriate


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years progressive HR experience

  • Microsoft office skills - Excel & PowerPoint
