Your team

You'll be working in the Americas HR Advisory team in Nashville, TN. We provide guidance and support to all employees and managers on a broad array of HR topics. We partner closely with divisionally aligned HR Business Partners, Employee Relations and other HR specialty functions.

Your expertise
• ideally 2+ years experience as an HR Generalist • exceptional judgment and decision making skills, careful when evaluating the risks of alternatives • a commercial mindset and a high degree of client focus• the ability to communicate clearly, accurately and succinctly, while adjusting to your audience• experience coordinating restructurings and disciplinary actions• commercial, client-focused and collaborative• able to quickly gather and distill facts and make smart decisions• someone who takes ownership, embraces accountability and operates with a high sense of urgency• known for taking initiative, being comfortable with ambiguity and being highly adaptive to change• a culture carrier and role model; you are respectful of other people's opinions and you speak up and take an active role in promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment
