Job Description

Serve as a technical leader and strategic advisor for Human Capital Management system. Work with Human Resources (HR) functional teams to provide creative solutions and long-term vision for the platform and centers of Excellence and client facing HR Professionals to translate their business requirements into technical design documents, code frameworks, agile prototypes and test plans. Provide guidance in areas of business processes, reporting and integrations. Oversee the ongoing design, configure, deploy and maintain HR Business Processes. Improve service delivery. Analyze, design and build new complex custom reports relating multiple objects and including data transformations with standard system reporting functionality. Develop custom organizational structures within Workday and connect them to multi-layer composite reports to drive Financial Analytics, Workforce Modeling, Dashboards, and Data Visualization. Oversee and control system integrations within the architecture of the HR system and middleware. Provide support for Workday inbound and outbound integration issues, changes to existing integrations and well as new integrations. Perform routine break/fix support and regression testing.
