Job Description

As part of CGG continued growth and transformation especially in the digital and technology world, we are looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to manage the global TA team, partnering closely with business managers and HR.

In your role, reporting to the EVP Group HR, your will manage the Talent Acquisition team to drive integrated talent acquisition solutions for our Business lines and functions globally. You will be in charge of defining and implementing all aspects of the talent acquisition strategy and process, in collaboration with HR teams, in order to support the needs of all business lines and countries of CGG Group.

Amongst others, you will be expected to:

  • Lead a global talent acquisition team (directly and functionally),
  • Collaborate with Global HRBPs and local HR teams to structure the recruitment plan according to business needs and priorities,
  • Design outstanding recruiter and candidate experience, with a keen eye to identify opportunities for automation and optimization,
  • Manage and leverage our employer brand internally and externally,
  • Partner with the Head of Diversity and Inclusion to align TA practices to our D&I strategy,
  • Be accountable for all TA methods, processes and tools, ensuring best conditions to meet business needs,
  • Define TA communication plan, including social media content and recruitment campaigns plan,
  • Develop and implement candidate sourcing strategy adapted to each business and talent target,
  • Develop and implement a global onboarding leveraging candidate experience,
  • Strong data analysis to drive continuous improvement,
  • Manage internal and external People and HR communication leveraging HR visibility and people practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7-10 years management experience, preferably in a technology company. Experience in managing global TA practices,
  • Experience recruiting for a wide variety of roles within Corporate functions and/or Business Technology preferred,
  • Must possess exceptional influencing skills to establish credibility and trust with internal customers and build influential relationships with partners in the business,
  • Balanced judgment towards flexibility x standardization needs to work across different cultures and business units,
  • Experience managing remote employees/contractors preferred,
  • Strategic advisor, partnering, collaboration, communication, continuous improvement perspective,
  • Must be well organized, detail oriented, analytical and possess strong problem-solving skills,
  • Proven ability to work in matrix organizations,
  • Proven ability to recruit, motivate, train, develop, and retain staff,
  • Proficiency in English.

Additional Information

  • For this role, you can either be based in our Crawley office (UK) or in our Massy (France) one.
