As an HR Coordinator at Flexe you will be supporting the Human Resources team enabling the company to grow, scale and create a dynamic and inclusive work culture. We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented team player to join our fun and rapidly growing team! Reporting to our Manager, HR programs, you will work in partnership with our programs team to coordinate and deliver exceptional employee experiences from the moment a new hire signs their offer. You will help us welcome our newest Flexe team members during our New Hire Orientations and ensure everything is running smoothly behind the scenes when it comes to employee data. This position will collaborate with another HR Coordinator on the team to cover all day-to-day needs of the HR team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operational HR functions.
  • Facilitate New Hire Orientations and coordinate onboarding/off-boarding/employee changes, including data entry, paperwork processing, I-9 verifications, and scheduling for new hire onboarding sessions.
  • Respond to all employee questions and requests in a timely and professional manner ensuring their needs are fully addressed.
  • Promote a culture of inclusion through social activities and event planning championing employee engagement programs. Maintain employee records within HRIS and google drive, performing periodic audits for accuracy.
  • Assist in administering various employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, 401(k), leave management, PTO, and commuter benefits.
  • Assist in bi-weekly payroll preparation to ensure all employee information is captured for upcoming pay periods.
  • Assist in executing various employee lifecycle programs, including performance reviews, engagement surveys, DE&I programming, people analytics and reporting, and other projects as assigned.
  • Assist the Admin team with scheduling or physical workplace needs.
  • Support recruiting efforts with preparing offer letters and scheduling as needed. Identify potential process improvement opportunities within the HR team and other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Track record of impeccable attention to detail, collaboration, and delivering results
  • Strong team player with a high sense of urgency and motivation to exceed customer expectations
  • 2+ years HR or administrative experience preferred 
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Knowledge or understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures particularly around document storage and compliance
  • Experience with ADP and G Suite preferred 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field a plus
