We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for defining and driving human resources strategies for our growing manufacturing network.

Here are the things we want to hire you to do:

  • Respond to questions related to HR policy, which includes but not limited to payroll, timekeeping and benefits.
  • Manage recruitment process at the site by: post jobs, prescreen candidates, document feedback in applicant tracking system, schedule interviews, onboarding
  • Coordinate and ensure completion of site HR training
  • Support site audits from a human resources perspective
  • Enter new hires into training system (Alchemy) and serve as system administrator
  • Assist site leaders with development and maintenance of a training matrix for employees
  • Ensure data integrity of all HR data for the site
  • Act as a back-up for site office manager for scheduled site events
  • Keep a pulse on employee morale, escalates employee issues as needed to site HR Manager
  • Keeper of company devices, emergency contact, employee data tracking and reports
  • Maintain site organizational charts
  • Proactively communicate HR related matters to the site in support of HR Manager
  • Upload all employee schedules into Timestar (our timekeeping system) and audit the system daily, providing finalized bi-weekly punches to Corporate for payroll processing
  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR related questions
  • Maintain all employee files and training records
  • Manage vendor relationships for employee uniforms and other site vendor needs as assigned
  • May serve as backup for reception area: greet all visitors and process visitor registration system; manage the reception area - handling incoming calls, messages and deliveries
  • Update employee communication boards with relevant information
  • Work as part of the extended HR team to promote an energetic and inclusive company culture through new practices and processes within the office
  • Assist with HR and site projects
  • Stay connected with your HR Manager and fellow colleagues
  • Other duties as assigned

  • 1 – 2 Years Corporate or Human Resources related experience
  • High school, GED, or equivalent diploma required
  • Associates or Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Familiar with or willing to learn HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems 
  • Experience with delivering exceptional customer service as a brand ambassador, both internally and externally
  • Willingness to pitch in on projects big and small and collaborate across the People and Transformation
  • Able to prioritize your tasks and problem solve in an ever-changing, dynamic environment where no day is like the previous
  • Proven ability to cultivate strong business relationships, working within a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Drive to grow in a thriving organization and not afraid to take on more or pitch in while always being a team player first
