The Human Resource Coordinator will run the daily administrative functions of the Human Resource department, including onboarding, internal position management, HR Program management, and providing strong customer service to all employees. This position resolves HR-related problems and ensures effective use of company software, tools and resources providing a positive employee experience. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Prepare paperwork, schedule and facilitate new hire orientation
  • Responsible for all onboarding functions for corporate employees and work with clinical on a smooth transition over to clinical operations for clinician onboarding
  • Responsible for exiting processes
  • Assist and provide timely and accurate information and responses to employees and managers on general HR questions and concerns, empowering employees to utilize existing tools and resources
  • Maintains HRIS system; new hires, terminations; etc
  • Responsible for generating reports on HR metrics, goals and series of employee surveys
  • Maintains E-Verify compliance; Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files
  • Point of contact and facilitator of all HRIS entry and change requests for Professional (Clinician) payroll record-keeping
  • Prepares new-employee files, capturing all new hire forms. Ensures proper maintenance of personnel employee files in accordance with compliance
  • Creating and maintaining process and procedure documentation.
  • May assist with audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action
  • Processes HR related correspondence accordingly
  • Assists with projects related to HR Operations
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Demonstrate high level of professionalism & impeccable discretion with confidential information
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees and management
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated proficiency using G-Suite

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of Human Resource experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain seating in a stationary position roughly 50% of the time, as well as the ability to move about
  • No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., picking up and computer / laptops) may be required
  • Good manual dexterity required to use common office equipment (e.g., computers, laptop, and mobile devices)
  • Some business travel may be required
  • Highly preferred this individual would have the ability to go into our Plymouth, MN office occasionally
