Join our Team as an HR Business Partner. The HRBP Team works side by side across all areas of our business to ensure top performance and growth for RealPage.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Human Resources Business Partner learns our business and serves as the HR Expert within the Leadership Team for an assigned business to create a highly effective organization that meets and exceeds all of our internal & external business goals & objectives. Responsibilities include performance and talent management, career planning and development, coaching and counseling, strategic workforce planning, interpretation and application of policy and procedure, facilitating effective communication, learning & development, rewards programs, talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational strategy & development. The HRBP Roles supports our high growth organization and ensures that Team Members, organizational strategies, labor budgets & plans, processes, communications, and HR Programs align with and directly support the current & future opportunities and objectives of the business. #LI-CP

Must be located in the Dallas Fortworth, TX area and able to occationally work in the Richardson, TX office

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Strategic HR Business Partner to one or more lines of business you will:

  • Work directly with Business Leaders to continually create and update an organizational strategy that meets the continually evolving business requirements for that organization in a fast-paced competitive environment.
  • Works with Global HR and Business Leaders to most effectively leverage our global footprint
  • Participate in ongoing business meetings to report on and lead tactical and strategic discussions to continually adapt our organizational structure and labor model to reflect ever-changing business opportunities and requirements
  • Assess "HR Best Practice Solutions" that support the identification and implementation of employee relations solutions for business operations
  • Support all levels of Leadership by providing expert advice and counsel on employee relations & organizational matters
  • Conduct investigations in employee related matters and ensure compliance with applicable laws
  • Champion change management across the organization and drive effective talent assessment & development at all levels
  • Coach and counsel senior leaders to develop highly effective working relationships that directly support execution of RealPage objectives
  • Continually encourage and provide frameworks for highly effective two-way communications and engagement across the organization
  • Provide interpretation and guidance for RealPage policies and procedures, state and federal regulatory requirements
  • Design, strategize and deliver programs and activities that drive an organizational climate focused on performance and engagement
  • Leads acquisition support and new business integration activities
  • Assists with ongoing training, onboarding and succession planning activities



REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • 3+ years of Human Resources Business partner experience preferably in a progressive, high growth, and results-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, or related field, MBA preferred
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, human resources management, and human resources principles
  • Demonstrated experience in creative and "HR Best Proactive" problem solving
  • Good working knowledge of HR Systems (HRIS), creating spreadsheets (Excel), and an "eye for detail"
  • Excellent knowledge of labor laws and regulations at both the state and federal level
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and drive change
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, coaching and counseling skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrates professional maturity in dealing with all employee relations situations and able to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully multitask and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Flexible and able to successfully accept change
  • Ability to work in the office as needed with flexibility to work extended hours for projects
  • A driving interest to perform at the highest level, continually looking for better answers & new solutions
  • Must prefer to be on a "winning team" as opposed to a comfortable routine that never changes
