Role: HR Business Partner
Role Mission: Champion density onboarded with smart roles to overachieve.
Story: LATOKEN stakeholders and teammates need Champion talent density onboarded with well-defined roles. So talent starts to deliver on the second week with low onboarding costs so we choose the best of the best to build the products to manage financial life.
Key PROBLEM's: Hire 7+ champions via batches per month, onboard them, ensure they are top 50% at champion tables, and retain them.
- Structure the unit: define & ensure up-to-date roles, OKRs, functions and checklists.
- Grow successors.
- Develop unit team-mates, retain the best.
- Hire candidates, coordinate interviews & offers, drive a high-performance culture.
- Onboard newcomers & offboard leavers.
Constraints: Hires should be crypto-motivated, team players, and ensure unit up-or-out culture.

- Structure roles : Coordinate with Hiring Manager & Bar raiser to finalize role profile to find A-level candidates for each position.
- Post vacancies : Post vacancies in various channels to advertise LATOKEN jobs and attract A-level candidates.
- Send SH blasts : Approve SH list of prospects on Team Health meeting with random 3 relevant candidates from 100 to 105 in the list. Make email blast and with Calendly to batch. Score candidates' CVs and make short calls with them (15 min) to ensure they are relevant.
- Manage pipeline : Build pipeline of top qualified candidates for your priority roles using creative sourcing strategies and techniques.
- Interview : Hand-hold candidate through the interview funnel managing schedules & chasing feedback.
- Batches : Fill in 3 batches per week with 21 candidates (participated) selected out of 100 applicants by CV and test scores.
- Team development : Review and act on 360 1-1, performance numbers and problem reports with Hiring Managers.
- Offer & Close : Tie offer features to opportunities & benefits for the candidate to prepare and sell the offer.
- Scrum : Development of an internal control system for assets to prevent or quickly detect cases of fraud.
- Buddy : Welcome a newcomer in the Unit and make sure he starts performing quicker and effectively from the very first day.
Requirement skills and experience:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations and recruitment, ideally, within top-tier fintech companies or agencies.
- Strong professionalism and exceptional stakeholder management skills to partner with senior team members.Experience working internationally bringing top-tier Senior/Strategic talent would be great.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Able to operate within the fast-pace environment, handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Skilled with modern tech sourcing and selection techniques.
- Successful track record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals.
- Positive on crypto.
- Strong and logical communication ability and a strategic, problem solving mindset.
- Outstanding problem-solving and critical reasoning skills.
- Prefer to go out of comfort to grow.
