HR BP- Recruiter
Description
We are currently seeking a HR Business Partner- Recruiter to focus on our hourly recruiting needs in our Corrugated box business. Key elements of this position include developing business acumen and partnerships, driving aggressive sourcing strategies, and delivering results to effectively support the business. Our Corrugated business is a mixture of about 40 union and non-union manufacturing locations.
The successful candidate will have flexibility in where he/ she resides with preference for locations within reasonable proximity to the plants supported and/ or reasonable air travel. This position will support facilities located throughout the Central United States to include Kansas City, Mt Olive and Waxahachie.
What You Will Do In Your Role
This position will have the opportunity to partner with our business to:
- Focus first on critical staffing needs to drive stability within our plant hourly workforce
- Develop and execute hourly proactive talent strategies
- Develop and optimize our practices to provide effective customer support to the business
We want to transform the delivery of our HR services to effectively meet both the current and future needs of our customers while delivering gains to the business.
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- 2 years or more of HR related experience
- Experience with recruiting life cycle
- Willing to travel approx. 25%-50%
What Will Put You Ahead
- Minimum of 1+ years working at Koch company with demonstrated understanding and application of Market Based Management®
- Experience supporting our Corrugated business
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Previous experience working with unionized workforce
- SHRM Certifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources
