We are looking to hire an HR Analyst to join our Human Resources team in Chicago.
The HR Analyst will collaborate with business leaders and operations on a daily basis to understand, communicate, and manage team resource needs. They will help prioritize, solve and alleviate resource concerns that arise during the general workflow. Provide regular reporting on resource allocation across accounts by practice and lead weekly resourcing meetings/discussions. Manage succession/career planning tools to maintain an optimized workforce utilization. Engage in HR projects relating to attrition, engagement, performance management, compensation analysis, among others as needed.
At least two years of human resources experience with focus in analytics.
Passion for using data and analytics to create business cases.

Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships across teams.
