What you'll do:

  • Provide key support to our global team of HR Business Partners, with the ability to champion employee engagement and strategic HR planning as part of a bigger HR function.
  • Supporting, and in some instances, managing ER cases, including performance management processes, grievances etc.
  • Conducting regular check-ins with line managers and cultivating these relationships.
  • Supporting on ad hoc projects to include our career platform, Fuel 50, and talent mapping.
  • Provide credible guidance and support to each of our talented and professional employees and stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated employment law knowledge and experience of coaching managers
  • Empathetic team player with a genuinely desire to work within a progressive people function

  • Ability to work independently but also have an awareness of when to escalate issues
  • The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills
  • A resilient, driven, kind and flexible approach.
