We are looking for an exceptional Global Recruiting Operations Leader to join our growing Recruiting team. The goal of this department is to enable the Global Talent Acquisition function to allow TripActions to scale at the pace needed to support TripActions’ high growth trajectory. We are looking for a data driven individual who has a passion for operational excellence, innovation, and driving a strategic and foundational function. You will shape the global strategy, create the process, and deliver the results behind talented and diverse teams. The needs of our clients are varied, complex, and global in scope.
You will report directly into our Global Head of Talent Acquisition and partner with the recruiting leadership team to develop and drive the operational cadence, measure and track critical initiatives, assist in the preparation of data insights to Executive Staff, Quarterly Business Reviews and Board Meetings and help build out this strategic function. As we continue to grow and scale, you will be key in helping us structure and evolve our Recruiting organization to ensure everything is moving in the right direction and in line with business priorities as we ensure an exceptional experience to our candidates, clients and colleagues.
What You’ll Do:
- Build, manage, develop, and empower a high-performing geographically dispersed team
- Build our first ever Recruiting Operations strategy and operating model. Design roadmaps and functions including process & operations, recruiting technology, vendor management, recruiter enablement, and recruiting coordinator teams
- Standardize recruiting operations. Use process-improvement techniques and metrics to create standardized and scalable processes that balance capacity with a positive candidate and client experience
- Contribute to global recruiting strategy related to technology, tools, workflows and data delivery
- Serve as global program manager for strategic initiatives including budget planning, project and program plans, business cases, and providing executive updates and communications
- Implement technology and process improvements across the global recruiting organization staying ahead of the curve
- Process Stewardship - Ensure global compliance for all recruiting systems, tools and processes (GDPR, OFCCP, staying in touch with changing legal landscape), and standing up audit processes and reporting for hiring activity and providing ad hoc reporting, global scorecarding
- Develop 1st ever analytics roadmap and stand up new in-team capabilities to provide operational reporting, dashboards, scorecards and data insights
- Run client experience survey program for candidate and hiring manager feedback, providing regular insights and recommendations to recruiting leadership
- Build a sustainable recruiting capacity / demand model and reporting cadence based on historic data to drive predictability and build credibility with the business
- Oversee evaluation, implementation and optimization of Recruiting systems (CRM & ATS) and tools portfolio (skills testing, GEM, Americas Job Exchange, Linkedin, Glassdoor, etc)
What We’re Looking for:
- 8-10 years experience of operations experience (Recruiting or People preferred)
- 5+ years of experience managing a high performing team
- Proven ability to translate data, market insights, and recruitment strategy into recruiting operations initiatives
- Previous hands on experience and familiarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Workday, Anaplan, other solutions in the recruiting tech stack are a plus
- Experience in project management / roadmap development, change management, communication plan development and operational process implementation- PMP and/or scrum master certifications are a plus
- Outstanding analytical skills, comfortable working with data and communicating data findings, experience establishing and tracking program metrics including return on investments
- Deliver recruiting enablement and excellence initiatives - you will ensure that every recruiter and recruiting leader has the training, tools, and resources needed to manage candidates at every stage of the funnel, fill roles efficiently, while providing a positive candidate and client experience
- Demonstrated experience selecting, implementing and vendor managing HR/Recruiting software and/or third-party tools and experience with any AI/recruiting tools preferred
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory/compliance landscape in hiring space (GDPR, OFCCP, etc)
- Experience working in a high growth global environment
- Proven expertise in G-suite products, recruiting dashboards, and native reports in the ATS
