Head of HR  Business Partners will oversee the Global HR Business partner team and operations and will help support several of our functional organizations. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative culture within both the HR Business Partner team and the organization. The ideal candidate will bring creative and effective solutions to a growth organization.

  • This position will be (hybrid remote/in office)
  • Reports to: Head of People Team

What You Will Own 

  • Lead global HR Business Partner team and the people experience team
  • Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including strategic planning, management development, talent assessment, employee relations, compensation, change management, company initiatives and team building
  • Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization
  • Proactively assess team, manager, organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
  • Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs
  • Drive talent management strategies to support a team’s growth and individual development plans
  • Manage and facilitate the overall Performance Feedback & Insights Cycle and employee engagement survey throughout the year
  • Integrate and partner with colleagues in the Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, and Legal teams to implement solutions and help scale the business
  • Partner closely with regional HR partner(s) on global strategy and execution
  • Participate and lead HR projects
  • Design, facilitate and/or support team and offsite meetings as needed

What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job

  • 10+ years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role
  • 5+ years of leadership experience (global leadership experience preferred)
  • Global HR Experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • PHR or SHRM Certification preferred
