About the role:

Looking for Chronosphere’s first Head of Employee Experience. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a Global Employee Experience strategy from the ground up, and directly impact Chronosphere’s team members’ engagement from day one. Curious? See if this sounds like you.

In addition, you have a unique ability to plan and prioritize seemingly disparate programs and align them to organizational goals, even in the midst of ambiguity. You have a proven track record of anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders and are able to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey your unique understanding of these separate audiences. 

Reporting directly to our VP of People, you’ll get the opportunity to partner with leaders across the organization to develop programs to support and grow employee engagement, and foster a culture of belonging and inclusion.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and roll-out our Global Remote First Employee Experience & Environment strategy. 
  • Lead internal communications for the company to clearly align the team and create awareness (working in conjunction with Ops team launching our CMS).
  • Manage all of our physical facilities, partnerships with co-working spaces, and ensure that our environments support our strategy and showcase our values. 
  • Manage all Employee Experience initiatives, including onboarding (in partnership with HR & L&D), offboarding (in partnership with HR), workplace culture, recognition programs (including swag), workplace health & wellness (including Covid response, in conjunction with HR) and DEI initiatives.
  • Designing and overseeing the strategy for both in-person and virtual employee events.
  • Leading the planning and execution of our annual Chronoversary.
  • Launching and supporting diversity, equity and inclusion projects across the company, including formalization of Employee Resources Groups, recognition of global holidays,
  • Partnering with our HR team to survey our employees, review data and results, and drive any changes/initiatives to drive employee engagement.
  • Managing office management experience.
  • Managing a team of Office Managers and build a team of Employee Experience leads.

What you'll need:

  • 5+ years experience managing Employee Experience initiatives and programs, including onboarding, offboarding, recognition programs, and employee events.
  • Experience partnering with HR Leaders to drive strategies focused on employee engagement and retention.
  • Experience managing a team of Office Managers and Employee Experience Leads.
  • A passion and experience driving DE&I strategy and initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Slack and Google Suite
