goPuff is seeking a strategic GTM Talent Sourcer to join the Corporate team, supporting our Growth and Marketing recruitment efforts. As part of goPuff's team, you will play a critical role in attracting high-caliber talent to build out and scale some of our newest functions. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to act as founding sourcing and research lead for goPuff's Product and Design function, and help build out sourcing, research and recruiting strategy in a strategic and data-centric manner.
Qualifications
5+ years of in-house sourcing and research experience in a high-growth tech or consulting environment
Ability to effectively research complex talent markets, present actionable insights and partner with recruiting to shape recruiting strategy at the leadership level
Ability to source candidates for critical roles, including executive and niche tech roles across a range of teams
Ability to coach and mentor junior sourcers
Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates
Extensive G-Suite & ATS experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and candidates simultaneously under minimal supervision
A customer service orientation, with a commitment to creating a positive hiring experience for our leaders and candidates
Responsibilities
Partner with recruiting stakeholders and business leaders to shape recruiting strategy at the leadership level through data-driven research and a consultative partnership approach
Identify, source and assess a diverse candidate pool
Manage candidates and build candidate pipelines through the front-end of recruitment process in partnership with recruitingCoach, mentor and train junior sourcers
Maintain an expert level understanding of research, sourcing and recruiting strategy in a rapidly changing environment
Develop your knowledge base on goPuff's business, culture, and marketStay up to date on the recruiting industry's best practices, employment legislation, and latest trends
