You willown end-to-end execution for Global Project Management Office (GPMO) HumanResource activities and processes. You will partner with each StrategicBusiness Group's Lead Project Manager, HR Leader and Center of Excellencepartners to ensure adoption of GPMO processes and tools for GPMO populationglobally (~2,000 employees) across Honeywell Strategic Business Groups(SBG).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Enterprise Global Project Management Office (GPMO) HR/Talent processes with Strategic Business Group (SBG) Project Solutions businesses; serve as the GPMO HR focal and partner with the GPMO Corporate Leader to deliver GPMO priorities and programs across the SBGs
  • Serve as primary Program Leader and Change Management Champion to deliver transformational change achieving consistency across the SBGs and influencing decision making through collaboration
  • Preparation, delivery and presentation of communication project updates and key milestones to executive C-suite stakeholders
  • Drive Enterprise goal alignment within the GPMO for select Job Levels to create focus on KPIs, reduce EAC (estimate of completion), and maximize project operating margins
  • Coordinate Enterprise GPMO Incentive Plan with Corporate & Strategic Business Groups Compensation & Benefit leaders to ensure individual incentives align with individual performance and GPMO goals with quarterly governance and scorecard support and annual incentive plan delivery
  • Serve as member of Enterprise Governance Committee and support GPMO Leader in maintenance of performance, process, and systems standards related to GPMO
  • Administer Skills Assessment to GPMO participants including continual refinement of competencies and analysis of competency to performance linkages
  • Conduct Project Performance Reviews with Corporate GPMO Leader as part of Certification milestone process
  • Manage Project Certification Talent & Mentoring Pools for Continual Development
  • Participate in Project Performance Reviews with Corporate GPMO Leader as part of Certification milestone process
  • Manage Project Certification & Mentoring Talent Pools for Continual Development
  • Oversee Onboarding process across the Enterprise for GPMO population in coordination with GPMO leader, Talent
  • Acquisition and Talent Development focal
  • Design and oversee management of GPMO I&D Program
  • GPMO HR focal to identify high potential talent, promote cross SBG talent sharing, and ensure evaluations align to individual results and GPMO goals
  • Provide HR generalist support to GPMO leader and specialist organization as required
  • Provide HR support of Project Management Academy initiatives as needed

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organization Development, or related discipline
  • 10+ Years in human resource related activities with increasing responsibility
  • Ability to Travel 10-15% to Strategic Business Group Hubs

  • 5+ Years Program Management and/or Change Management
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to energize cross-functional, global customers, teams, and organizations

  • Ability to execute to plans while effectively managing risks and opportunities
  • Training and qualification in formal and systematic methods of program planning, management
  • Ability to think strategically while tactically setting goals and tasks scope
  • Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt, Black Belt or Lean Manufacturing)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification desired
